Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will become effective on the date they are received by Let’s Go Tours Rwanda Ltd.

The following cancellation charges apply to the basic program rate:

• 60 days or more before arrival: 10% charge
• 50 to 30 days before arrival: 25% charge
• 30 to 20 days before arrival: 30% charge
• 20 to 10 days before arrival: 75% charge
• 5 days or less before arrival: 100% charge

Let’s Go Tours Rwanda Ltd reserves the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any payments received.

Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are 100% non-refundable.

No refunds will be made for any unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows by any member of the tour.
